Another gorgeous Stamford property, this project required a considered approach with a careful selection of materials to merge authentically with the existing Stamford Stone style.
The project involved the slightly more complex installation of a bespoke steel beam which required welding/fabrication onsite.
This process ensured a smooth and precise fit to allow for the corner bi-fold doors in a soft cream matte finish, chosen to merge beautifully with the surrounding stonework and interior colour scheme.
Porcelain tiles were laid throughout the interior and exterior patio space, blending the areas together seamlessly and a column radiator was chosen in a matte black to add contrast, which ties in nicely with the steel support beam.

We installed temporary partitions in the kitchen to minimise disruption and dust to the rest of the home and to allow for continued use of facilities. Our client managed to continue working from home throughout the project and was very accommodating to our team.
The project took around three months to complete and the space was decorated and finished by us using Farrow & Ball colours.

The JM Building team did a great job of keeping me informed and trying their best to keep noise levels and disruption down while I continued to work from home, going the extra mile by installing a partition to allow continued use of my kitchen and to minimise dust and cleaning which was really helpful.
I found working with JM Building to be a really positive experience and I’m very happy with the finished result. I love my garden and am really excited about using my new space to entertain family and friends in future.
